In my practice I work to build a strong relationship with each client, one that promotes trust, awareness and understanding. To that end, I see counseling as a collaborative effort, in which we are equal partners. This method allows counseling to become a two-way process, a back-and-forth, in which we talk with each other rather than to each other.  This conversational style also allows for you to tell your story in your own words, without any expectations or judgments.
